These terms apply to the WebRush AI website package. WebRush AI is operated from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. By purchasing the package you agree to these terms.
The WebRush AI package is $299 (inc GST, launch pricing) and includes: up to five standard website pages, one agreed design direction, AI-assisted website copy and design, a mobile-responsive layout, an enquiry or contact form, basic search-engine setup, two consolidated revision rounds, and website launch support.
The four-hour build period begins once the project scope, content, branding, images, domain access and all required information have been supplied and the design direction is agreed. Delays in supplying content or access extend the timeline accordingly.
Two consolidated revision rounds are included after the first website draft is presented. Round one covers one consolidated list of changes to wording, images, colours, page order, buttons, contact information and minor layout adjustments. Round two covers one final consolidated list of minor corrections.
The revision rounds do not include: changing the business name or branding direction, replacing the agreed website concept, adding new pages, adding major new features, rewriting the full website after approval, introducing new products or services, or changing the project scope. Additional pages, specialist functionality and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Website structures, copy and designs are AI-assisted and reviewed by a human before delivery. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of all business, legal, pricing and service information on your website before publication and for ensuring you have rights to any content, images and branding you supply.
The optional Care Plan is $79 per month (inc GST), covers hosting management, monitoring, minor content updates and speed/security checks, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next billing cycle.

Payment is due before launch. On full payment, you own your website content and design. Your domain name and hosting accounts remain in your name and control wherever practical.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the package is limited to the amount you paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
